I received a voice mail at 805 the day of service stating the car was to be dropped off at 8. I called the shop and stated it was a 9 am drop off which was confirmed by e mail. Donnie claimed he no longer had the staff to do the work and no one was at the shop (830, I was on the way) and to use a drop box. He would not commit to having the service performed that day and expected me to leave my vehicle without a service completion date. I explained that I needed the vehicle for work the next morning . I told him I was not coming if couldn't commit to having the work done as scheduled and that I would be contacting the corporate office regarding the experience. He gave me attitude, said have a nice day and hung up. Then, at 915, I received a text from the corporate office stating a technician would be at their location between 9 and 10. Total chaos and a waste of my time.

They accepted the job at first knowing my driver will be arriving little bit late, than the gentleman's realized that they will have to stay 30-60 minutes extra than their closing time and cancelled my call 45 minutes before my driver arrived at the location and it was already 2-3pm. Leaving my driver without a door window. Leaving me without an option for the night. Very unprofessional I'm pretty sure they do a good job with their work but so unprofessional .. can't do business like that

Glass America made getting my window replaced easy and affordable from making the appointment to the installation. They were able to come to my work to fix it. I appreciate how they called to let me know when they were on their way and what time the would be their. Prices were fair and reasonable

Called them and came out the next day. It was a side window and he worked on but there was a problem with the rivet holding it. He put crash glass on it to protect it. He left and didn't charge. He said I might have to take to their shop in Akron. That same night I received an email that stated the tech would be back tomorrow. He called the next day and said he would be here within the hour. He showed up and got it fixed. It was $79.00 cheaper than Safe Auto. It would have taken Safe Auto nine days to get out here.
